What is Breast Self-Examination?
It is the process of each woman examining her own breasts with her own hands. The aim is for each woman to become familiar with her own normal breast tissue from an early age and to be able to detect any unusual changes early and seek medical attention.
Every woman who cares about her breast health should be able to check her breasts every month, between the 8th and 12th days of her menstrual cycle, starting from the age of 20 and continuing throughout her life.
