Gamze Varol is a professional who stands out in the healthcare field with her work focused on communication, organization, and social responsibility. She reflects her experience in patient support processes, awareness projects, and coordination efforts in activities aimed at creating social impact in the field of breast health. She actively participates in the training, events, and awareness-raising activities carried out within the Breast Health Association (MEMEDER), contributing to the association's vision of accessible, sustainable, and community-oriented healthcare.

Dr. Gamze Varol graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency training in the Department of Public Health at the same faculty. She worked at various institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Health until the end of 2007 and began working as an Instructor at Namık Kemal University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. She was awarded the title of Associate Professor of Public Health in 2015. She is the Head of the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine at Namık Kemal University and also the President of the Tekirdağ Medical Association of the Turkish Medical Association. Her areas of expertise include environmental health, occupational health, and chronic diseases.

She is also a member of the Turkish Public Health Specialists Association and serves on the boards of the Public Turkish Medical Association Health Branch and the Clean Air Rights Platform.
