First, undress the upper body and examine it visually in front of a mirror;<\/p>\n

    • Bloody discharge from the nipple,<\/li>\n
    • Swelling of the breast,<\/li>\n
    • Abnormal protrusion in the breast,<\/li>\n
    • Enlargement of the breast, neck, or armpit lymph nodes,<\/li>\n
    • Check for swelling in the upper arm. In case of any suspicious findings, consult the nearest healthcare facility for examination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Then, lying on your back, examine each breast in turn with your hands, checking for any<\/p>\n
